  • Summary of Challenge: Brief explanation of how challenge impeded success, what difficulties it caused for me and/ or my students, what the source of the challenge was
  • How and if Challenge was Overcame: Detailing of methods/ strategies/ resources used to overcome challenges
  • Lessons Derived from Experience and Discussion of how to Apply Lessons in the Future: In other words, how to develop the skills to consistently overcome challenges, or better yet avoid them all together through experiential knowledge.
